I found this
note on a walk in one of
Canberra's nature
parks where it seemed oddly out of place. The now detached attachment, hinted at by the rusted paperclip
mark, surely would have offered a clue to understanding this baffling
statement. Being miles inland, there certainly weren't any seahorses giving birth nearby.
